As part of our ongoing Unlocking Practice Success℠ series, this webinar is focused on client experience which ranked as the top priority in our latest Practice Success Report. You know how a session went. What’s harder to see is how clients feel about everything outside it, and why some stop coming.

Only 28% of practices that rate client experience as a strength have a way to track it. And 68% have no reliable way to know why clients leave before treatment ends.

Melissa Adams, LICSW and owner of Daybreak Enterprises, joins hosts Cory Polonetsky and Lynn Carroll to talk through practical ways to hear from clients and act on what they tell you.

What you’ll learn

  • Gather client feedback without adding work. Melissa shares simple ways to hear from clients that fit into the routine you already have.
  • See why the moments outside session matter. Scheduling and billing shape how clients feel about their care, too.
  • Leave with one step to try this week. Pick a single change to implement to start getting actionable feedback to improve the client experience.
