MS, BCBA, WebABA Product Owner
Allison Milam, MS BCBA has been involved in the special needs community in one way or another since her younger sister was diagnosed with Autism in the late 90s. When Allison volunteered at a Social Skills Summer Camp for kids with Autism, organized by Vanderbilt University, she realized that working with these unique individuals would be the focus of her career path going forward.

She attended Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, TN where she got her Bachelor's in Special Education in 2010. After working as a K-3 Special Education Teacher and a Positive Behavior Consultant for a grant funded program, she pursued her Master's in ABA and Autism through the Sage Colleges in New York where she graduated in 2014. She obtained her BCBA certification in 2015 and spent the next 7 years delivering ABA services in the home, clinic, school, and community settings.

She enjoyed working for 2 start-up companies from the beginning of their journeys and to watch them grow in size and success while she was there. In 2021, she branched out to combine her love for ABA and technology to work at Ensora Health (formerly Therapy Brands) where she is currently the clinical product owner for our ABA products. She provides clinical insight and consultation when designing new workflows and feature for the products that will continue to make clinicians' jobs easier on a day-to-day basis.
