Do you have a question you want answered by Amber Thomas?
The headlines are loud. The opinions are louder. But what’s actually going on with Medicaid?

Join us for an informal, fact-first webinar where we separate noise from nuance and explain the current Medicaid debate—no spin, no politics. Just real talk about what’s being proposed in Congress, what it could mean for your patients and practice, and what steps you can take to prepare.

Hear from Amber Thomas, Chief Compliance Officer at Ensora Health, who brings over a decade of experience navigating healthcare regulations, reimbursement policy, and practice management. Amber has helped hundreds of therapy practices stay compliant and thrive amid constant change—and she'll bring her trademark clarity and calm to this important discussion.

We’ll dive into the latest from Capitol Hill on Medicaid funding, discuss the practical implications of proposed changes, like tighter eligibility rules and provider audits, and answer the questions that matter most to therapy professionals and practice owners.

Whether you’re worried about potential reimbursement cuts, wondering what “reconciliation” even means, or just trying to figure out how to stay compliant in the face of policy shifts—this session is for you.

You’ll walk away with:

  • A clear understanding of where the Medicaid debate stands in Congress right now
